A worksite assessment forms the basis for a safe return to work by assessing the suitability of an injured employee’s work duties and gaining a better understanding of the nature of their work.

One of our specialist occupational physicians will arrange for a worksite visit where he or she will meet with the client and their supervisor to identify appropriate return to work duties. A report outlining the details of the assessment is then sent to the employer, and may include a suitable duties program and potential barriers to a positive outcome.
